 M.V. Edinburgh

The M.V. Edinburgh pumped fuel to the island on the 7th January, before collecting passengers on the 10th, and departed for Cape Town, after a fishing trip since October.  She has caught 198.8mt of lobster, and has a balance of 64.7mt to catch at the outer islands for the 2010/2011 season, which is very good.  The TAC (Total allowable Catch) remaining for Tristan stands at 71.3mt, which is much better than last year, as after Christmas last year there was an outstanding balance of 111,994kg to be caught.
