MV Edinburgh Departs Cape Town after being delayed

The MV Edinburgh departed Cape Town on the evening of Friday 20th June, after being delayed due to unforeseen repairs being carried out while the vessel was in dry-dock.

She is heading for Tristan with a full load of cargo and passengers,  including the cargo that had to be returned to Cape Town on her last voyage, when she was unable to discharged after 20 days of waiting, due to sever bad weather.  The vessel is due to arrive at Tristan on the evening of Friday the 27th June, if she continues at her current speed.
