RECENT NEWS FROM TRISTAN

The FV Kelso has arrived at Tristan with 18 bags of mail as well as islanders returning from medical treatment in Cape Town. Also returning is Conservation Officer, Simon Glass.
HMS Edinburgh leaves Cape Town on Friday for Tristan and is expected to arrive sometime around the 30th of November/ HMS Edinburgh and RFA Gold Rover will then sail for the Falkland Islands.
In fishing news, there are only five more days before closing the fishery. It will take that long to fulfil the quota requirements set by Tristan’s Fisheries Department.
